Use our simple and soothing Restful Sleep Ritual as part of your nightly routine to get your most peaceful sleep yet!
Keep your set of Peace & Quiet T Spheres by your bedside to be sure that once you climb in bed they are close by. Often, once we get into bed we don’t want to get up again, so this is a first step to making sure you have them for this bedtime ritual.
Take out your T Spheres and the Refresher spray. Although the set is already infused with lavender, we have found our nighttime ritual for a restful night's sleep has been more effective when using the additional aromatherapy provided in the Refresher spray.
To start the process of calming your central nervous system, spray 1-3 pumps into the palm of your hands and hold in front of your face as you take a deep breath, inhaling the lavender aroma.
Pick up your T Spheres and hold one in each hand.
With the T Sphere at your fingertips, rest them on your temples. Apply circular motion connecting to breath. As you exhale, press into your temples and release a few times. With playful curiosity, roll the T Spheres across your face gently (this is a nerve stimulation technique and deep pressure is not required).
Cup the T Spheres in the palm of your hands and cradle your head (base of occipital), allowing your elbows to fall open. Wiggle your jaw and allow your head to rock side to side. With eyes closed, make circles with your eyes to rotate the eyes in the socket. Make sure to do this clockwise and counterclockwise.
Tuck the T Spheres under your shoulder blades or low back – whichever is best for you – and try a couple of stretches that you feel your body needs. Again with playful curiously, you can roll your T Spheres across your chest neck and belly – until feeling soothed.
Tuck the T Spheres under your pillow and give yourself permission if you wake in the night to use this ritual – or create your own self massage ritual that soothes your needs for resting your mind, to help you better fall asleep.
